STSR represents the interests of the over four thousand referees, instructors, assessors, and assignors registered with the U.S. Soccer Federation. Click here to see the list.	Referee Clinics Entry Referee clinics have just about ended for the fall season.. The next wave of Entry clinics will start back up around early January of 2012 in your area. These will earn a 2012 badge. Recertification clinics for the 2012 badge year will be available August 2011-May 2012. Recertify before your badge expires to get the reduced registration fee.
