2007 BADGES
2007 Referee badges will be mailed the last week in December to those whose registration forms we have received at the STSR office.
REFEREE CLINICS
All clinics are on-line at www.stsr.org. You must register on-line for clinics.
Clinic fees should be paid prior to attending the clinic. This can either be done by PayPal when you sign up for the clinic, or by mailing a check (made out to STSR) to the course administrator.
The prepaid clinic fee is $25. Payment at the clinic will include a $10 late fee for a total of $35. Always make sure that you include the clinic number on the check.
You will need your USSF ID number to register on-line. You will also see a place to use your SSN. However, since STSR has not collected SSN's in the past several years, we do not have your SSN. STSR issued a unique number in SSN format. Contact the STSR office at dir(at)stsr.org if you need any of these ID numbers.
When you contact the STSR office we will need the following information to verify your registration before we supply you the ID numbers:
Name (as registered)
Address
Date of Birth
USSF FORMS
USSF did not send out preprinted registration forms this year. You will receive a blank form at your clinic. Complete it and turn it in. If you do so after the clinic, please send it directly to the STSR office with the supporting documentation and registration check (made out to STSR). Any incomplete forms will be returned for completion.
USSF REGISTRATION FEE
All registration fees received after January 1, 2007, will be the normal registration fee plus a $5.00 STSR administration fee.
Grade 9 Referee - $20 + $5 = $25
Grade 8 Referee - $25 + $5 = $30
Grade 7 Referee - $25 + $5 = $30
Grade 6 Referee - $40 + $5 = $45
Grade 5 Referee - $40 + $5 = $45
This also applies to all instructors, assessors, and assignors.
