STSR is converting its Referee, Assessor, Instructor and Assignor registration lists to a new web-based system. The link below will take you to the new webpage.
Once there, select the 
button on the new webpage and then select the category for which you wish to look up infromation.
You may also update your infromation from this new site. Click on 
. It will ask for your First and Last Name. These must be entered exactly as you registered with US Soccer. It also asks for either your USSF ID number or your Social Security Number. You must have one of these to update your infromation.
STSR has not collected Social Security Numbers in the past. As a result, STSR assigned anyone who did not have an SSN in the system a unique number in SSN format. You may contact the Operations Manager or State Referee Administrator to obtain this number if needed.
