Randy Francis moving to Santa Fe, resigning as STSR State Director of Assessments

It's with great personal and professional regret that I have accepted Randy Francis' resignation as SDA. He and Maria are going to
swap the warm (some say steamy) climate of southeast Texas for the cold (some would say frigid) and overly tree-ed Sante Fe, NM.
Imagine that !
All kidding aside, I know I speak for all when I say we will dearly miss Randy. His knowledge, experience, humor and great attitude
have played such a tremendous part in making STSR the successful and respected program that it is. I will personally miss his enthusiasm
for STSR and the assessment program, as well as his mentoring for me. We all wish Maria and Randy the very best, and of course he
remains a forever member of the STSR family.
